Store hours are Monday – Saturday 10:00am – 7:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm – 5:00pm.

We can store an item for up to 7 days after purchase. For every additional 7 days, a 5% storage fee will be charged.

We offer a 5-day hold policy. A 5% cash or check only deposit will hold an item for up to 5 days. All holds are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to contractual obligations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The Room Exchange is unable to take returns. Please inspect all merchandise carefully.

We offer a delivery service.

The delivery fees are based upon zip code. Please contact the store at 813-909-2411 for the delivery rate to your area.

The delivery fee is for up to 10 items. (A table with 4 chairs is considered 1 piece).

A $10 fee will be charged for each flight of stairs.

Please ensure an appropriate size area is cleared prior to delivery.
